Skagsanden beach
Flakstadøya · Lofoten
Latitude 68.10359° N 68° 6′ 13″ N
Longitude 13.28642° E 13° 17′ 11″ E
Notes
The most visited and most photographed beach on Flakstadøya — and it earns the attention. The silhouette of the Hustinden is one of the most recognisable outlines in the Lofoten. The wet sand at low tide creates perfect reflections almost automatically. When the Northern Lights dance above the Hustinden on a clear winter night, mirrored in the sand below, no explanation is needed.
